We are a community based private musculo-skeletal physiotherapy clinic in Upminster, Essex. We have been established since 2007 and offer a first class physiotherapy service from initial contact with our admin team, through initial assessment to completion of treatment.
We are contracted to treat members of all major insurance companies such as AXA PPP and Bupa, Aviva and Vitality etc. Self funding patients may pay at point of service. Prospective patients can call directly to book an appointment or to arrange an informal chat with a Chartered Physiotherapist about their current complaint.

Whilst we appreciate that safety measures have been scaled back of recent times, we do still adhere to an infection safety policy to protect patients and staff alike.

I’ve seen Gary for multiple different injuries and weaknesses over the years and he is always so professional. Gary identifies the root of the problem, explains it clearly, and recommends targeted exercises to strengthen specific areas. susan may2024-01-23Excellent Physiotherapist! After an operation that left me with severe nerve damage in my leg I was recommended Excel by my GP. On my first visit to see Gary I wasn't optimistic. I had a series of falls, I couldn't work, I couldn't drive, I couldn't walk without support. My hopes were low as was my confidence. Gary listened to my story as I brought him up to date. He took notes, he studied my walk and gave me a range of different movements to assess what I could and couldn't do. Having learned which nerve had been damaged and the extent of the damage he built an appropriate plan and structure for my rehabilitation. Thanks to Gary I have come leaps and bounds in the time I have been seeing him. I have now returned to work, I can drive again and my confidence and independence has grown immensely. He has always been positive throughout, he's listened and has been understanding, ( especially when at times I have lost motivation). He has given me many different exercises for different muscle groups and over time he has built these muscles in my leg to be strong and compensate for my non working quads. Gary is a master of his profession and I have no hesitation in recommending him!
